THE BIG EVENT
Every summer, PHP Agency heads to Las Vegas to hold their annual sales conference known as The Big Event. With around 10,000 attendees each year, the week-long conference not only showcases training seminars, celebrity speakers, and live entertainment, but also celebrates the company’s accomplishments from the past year.
Every year I would create a teaser video for the company’s upcoming Big Event. In order to build excitement and anticipation, I would use footage I filmed from previous years’ events as well as various visuals highlighting this year’s theme. The goal was to create a sense of momentum by capturing the energy and excitement of the event while generating buzz for what’s to come.
I filmed and edited a dynamic show opener for PHP’s Big Event, designed to communicate the organization’s goals, values, and vision while setting the tone for the event ahead. Because this video kicked off the event, it inspired thousands of attendees on an emotional level, and energized them for what would take place over the next few days. The goal was to build anticipation, energize the audience, and leave them excited and ready for the event to begin.
This behind-the-scenes video captures the creative process behind the show opener, from production through the final reveal. It features footage of my team filming at a virtual production studio and bringing the concept together in post-production. The video culminates with the live reactions of attendees experiencing the finished show opener, highlighting the journey from the initial shoot to the final on-stage moment.
